We at VSS, following the Standard Recruitment Policy which is outlined below:

Training Model
Pre-Deployment Training: 7 to 21 days of training in Security, Fire fighting, Documentation, First-Aid is given to all security staff before their deployment. Training model / syllabus is as per Private Security Agency Regulations Act 2005.
Post Deployment Training:On-job training is given to all Security Staff, which includes refresher training in security, fire-fighting, maintaining various registers & documents. Training in good behavior and mannerism is also imparted to them.
Usages of Electronic Security Equipment like Handheld Metal Detector, Monitoring of CCTV Camera, Baggage Scanner etc.
How We Do It ?
Selection
Shortlist: First of all we Shortlist the candidates on the basis of standard criteria.
Final Selection: After Short-listing, we are doing the Final Selection of the maritorious candidates.
Verifications
Documents Verification: All successfull candidates should go for document verification.
Police Verification: After Document verification, all candidates are getting background verification/police verification done.
Training
Classroom Training: All candidates are required to get trained as per our SOP for 21 days.
Physical Training: Before deploying on Job, all candidates are gtting physical training.
Deployment
After all the above process completion, the security staff are getting deployed.
